Special wedges for PAUT probes: standard and custom-designed, with dimensional certification

We offer a complete range of wedges for Phased Array probes, designed for use in:

  • longitudinal wave flat probes
  • longitudinal angled probes
  • transverse angled probes

The adapters are designed for installation on Phased Array probes and to ensure that the coupling and geometry meet inspection requirements.

From design to production, we handle every stage of the wedge manufacturing process in-house using three 5-axis precision machining centers (HAAS), enabling us to produce and deliver orders in as little as 48 hours (upon request).

Examples of use:

  • Installation of Phased Array probes in a flat configuration (longitudinal waves)
  • Installation of Phased Array probes in an angled configuration (longitudinal or transverse)
  • Manufacturing of custom wedges for non-standard geometries or access constraints

The product line includes adapters compatible with transducers from PA IMG Ultrasuoni, Olympus, Sonatest, Zetec and others.
Upon request, we can manufacture custom adapters designed to meet specific application requirements in a short timeframe.
Each adapter comes with a dimensional certificate and a data sheet for quick data entry into the software of the most widely used instruments.
