We manufacture and supply V2 calibration blocks for the calibration and verification of the main instruments used in ultrasonic non-destructive testing (conventional UT and Phased Array), including flaw detectors and thickness gauges.

V2 blocks are available in various thicknesses and materials, depending on the application and control requirements. The V2 r25 and r50 models, with a thickness of 12.5 mm, are made of carbon steel.
Upon request, IMG can manufacture V2 blocks in stainless steel or aluminum, as well as special variants (e.g., Duplex).

Declarations of conformity are issued in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 27963 standards.
