AnyMatrix

Modular
two-axis scanner designed for
advanced corrosion mapping applications

Manufactured by IMG Ultrasuoni, AnyMatrix modular two-axis X-Y scanner has been designed for advanced corrosion mapping applications using UT and Phased Array technology. The system enables high-precision automatic scanning of metal surfaces, pipes, tanks and components subject to corrosion and erosion.

The steel mechanical structure ensures high strength, stability and reliability during data acquisition operations, whilst maintaining a modular design that can be easily adapted to different requirements.

Thanks to its two-axis kinematics and synchronisation via dedicated encoders, AnyMatrix scanners provide accurate thickness maps and highly repeatable data, making them particularly suitable for applications in the oil & gas, petrochemical, energy and manufacturing sectors.
