Motorized scanner for internal inspection of socket welds (Ø 130–350 mm)
Orag is a motorized scanner designed to inspect socket welds from the inside.
It accommodates a single probe and can be adapted to various diameters ranging from 130 mm to 350 mm thanks to a variable-diameter centering system. A 40 mm wide dropout is included.
Examples of use:
- Inspection of nozzle welds from the inner surface
- UT inspection of nozzles with internal diameters ranging from 130 mm to 350 mm (with variable-diameter centering)
- Inspections in areas where work must be performed from inside the component, using encoder-based rotational scanning (via motor encoder output)
